Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
